Senior cats often end up in shelters through no fault of their own, when an owner passes away or moves into a care facility. In this episode of 19 Cats and Counting, Dr. Kelly Cairns joins host Rita Reimers, who has adopted several senior cats herself, to talk about what these older cats need.
